  • What do I get in my charter?

    We meet you at Havannah Marina and introduce you to the crew. They will ask you questions to find out what species you’d like to target and discuss what fishing styles are currently catching the fish. Next, we do a safety briefing of the boat and explain how to use the fishing tackle and what to do when you’re fighting the big one!

    Out on the water, we make sure you are taken care of. Drinks, snacks and homemade lunch are served on board, so you won’t be hungry.

    Coming back into the dock, the crew are happy to fillet up some of your catch so that your hotel can cook the fish for you. We’ll then say our goodbyes and you will return to your hotel, for a well-earned rest.

  • How many people does your pricing include?

    Our pricing indicates the cost of hire for up to six people. In other words, you can hire us by yourself, or with five of your friends, and the price remains the same.

    It certainly makes it cheaper per person with more people involved, but we know not all your friends are up for the adventure, which is why we don’t have a minimum head count.

  • Can you organise return transfers for us to get to the Havannah Marina?

    We’re happy to organise a transfer for you. You are welcome to get yourself to us as well if you’d prefer. The cost of the transfer is dependent on your pick-up location.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    30 days or more  — Full refund of deposit.

    Less than 30 but more than 8 days — 50% refund of deposit.

    Less than 8 days — No refund of deposit. 

    If your adventure is cancelled by the Skipper due to adverse weather conditions and we cannot reschedule your trip, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • How do I confirm my booking?

    To ensure that your booking is reserved, a 30% deposit is required to hold this date (our preferred method for deposits is by direct debit to our bank account). While waiting for your deposit payment, we will hold your booking for 8 working days. Final payment needs to be made on the morning of your charter departure.

    WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES ON BOARD SO PLEASE BRING CASH FOR PAYMENT.
